PAYMENTS

Upon registration, the primary contact will receive an invoice with an email acknowledgement. Registration is confirmed upon received payment. Payment must be received at least 10 days prior to the expo.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The closest hotel accommodations to the expo is the Hilton Garden Inn (541-752-5000).

EXHIBITS & EXPO MATERIALS

Please arrange to have your exhibits and materials arrive at CH2M Hill Alumni Center the week of the expo. The address is:

Please DO NOT send materials to the Career Development Office. We are unable to transport employer materials to the expo.

Most tables are 8ft, while some may be 6ft. Please ensure your displays will not impede expo traffic or the space of your neighbors next to you.

A/V EQUIPMENT

If you have requested access to electricity, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but with limited access, we cannot guarantee that it will be available.

INTERNET ACCESS

Wi-Fi is available at CH2M Hill Alumni Center as part of your registration fee. Please keep in mind that many employers and students will be utilizing Wi-Fi access during the expo, and speeds may be compromised. If you require high speed internet, we suggest that you explore other options of accessing the internet.

LOCATION, CHECK-IN, AND UNLOADING MATERIALS

The expo is located in the CH2M Hill Alumni Center (directions) on the OSU campus. Please pull into the covered area on the north side of the CH2M Hill Alumni Center to unload and check in before you park.

A parking pass  will be distributed as you are greeted upon arriving at the Alumni Center for the career expo. If you are interviewing the following day, you will receive your schedule before the expo starts at 11am. Greeters will be there to help you unload and find your table location.

The Career Expo begins at 11:00 a.m. A 6-foot or 8-foot table, 2 chairs, and a tablecloth will be set up for you. Signs will be on your table for easy identification.

Two representatives are included in your registration. You may have up to four reps at your booth, with the attendance of each extra rep costing $25.
