BASIS Mesa is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator Assistant to provide support services to the school's faculty and staff in order to meet the mission of BASIS.ed Schools. In this role, the Curriculum Coordinator Assistant is primarily responsible for aiding the Curriculum Coordinator in the management of all systems related to student schedules, teacher substitutes and assessment administration.The BASIS.ed academic program is consistently ranked among the top 10 programs nationally and is competitive on an international scale. The mission of BASIS.ed Schools is to provide an academically excellent and rigorous liberal arts college preparatory education to all Lower and Upper School students. It is imperative that our Curriculum Coordinators share our vision of improving the state of education in our country.Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with:Creating and maintaining student schedules.Managing records of teacher substitutions and teacher activities (e.g. field trips, Term Projects).Coordinating BASIS.ed curriculum and assessment process.Coordinating assessment administration of external exams (PSAT, SAT, ACT, etc).Job Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years teaching or administrative experience and valid fingerprint clearance are required to work at BASIS.ed.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with children. Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office.
