In my role at OCHIN, I have stepped into a role where I have developed a variety of skills and knowledge. Some of my work is supporting our large network of hundreds of clinicians and support staff with provider efficiency using UAL data from Epic Systems. I lead calls walking through a variety of data, tools, best practices for provider efficiency, and offer strategies to help impact clinician burden plus burnout related to EHR use. My skills as a facilitator also extends to helping support our community groups around value-based pay, population tools, analytics, and quality reporting in which we have over 300 attendees each month. I coordinate the key speakers who share their subject matter expertise as well as produce the slides and run large zoom call that these occur on. Where I am currently growing is my program management skills in supporting our growth of compass rose and our development of the Ryan White case management tool we are rolling out to members. I am expanding my technical understanding of the Epic scoping, implementation, and install process needed for new department + program build.
